No really, where does your face end and sky begin?

Where do you end and the surrounding environment begin? Can you exist as something separate from anything and everything else in the cosmos?

Is your skin the outer edge of you? How does your biggest organ interact with everything that is around you? How do the pores of you skin respond to changing conditions?

When was the last time you lay under the stars?

Take a walk or rest under a starry night, pause, look up. Feel yourself spinning through the immense, vast, infinity of the cosmos. Pause and wonder. Pause and wander.

Can you recall the last time you took an alternate route home?

Change a routine just a little. Surprise yourself. Do something unexpected, unlike “you.”

What is it like to listen through the palms of your hands?

Take a walk, or dance, using your hands as your listening ears. Imagine ears on each of your fingertips, your knees and your toes. Listen with your whole body.

What if opposites are really one thing arising into another?

Can you see and explore the so called opposites as a relational spectrum of continuity? Like a rainbow moving from red to indigo. Like the Yin/Yang symbol where one side contains the the other and all exist within one circle.
