Dance Your Muse is a unique integration of mindfulness, intuitive dance, energy healing, and creative expression, enhanced by my lifelong love of music and movement. It’s an invitation to move into life’s flow through a joyful, engaging practice.

We begin by exploring the gift that all is energy—ever interconnected, changing and in motion. Understanding that energy is also information, we gently tap into the subtle wisdom of your body, mind, heart, and Spirit. Through this conscious listening, you learn to move in more loving ways, bringing all parts of you into greater well-being.

Each class focuses on a theme designed to bring you closer to your true nature, guiding you through your unique inner wisdom. The carefully selected music inspires mindful and playful movement. There’s no need to follow anyone else’s steps; instead, you’re encouraged to trust your own inner calling and let your unique expression unfold in beautiful and inspired ways.

This practice offers a wonderful opportunity to tune into different intuitive modes. We explore themes such as nature, the body’s wisdom, the heart’s intelligence, the clarity of mind, the expansiveness of spirit, and even energy fields and colors. These explorations enlighten your improvisational and intuitive skills, helping you receive and translate universal guidance into your personal inner knowing and being.

Dance Your Muse is open to everyone with a desire to move in a safe and supportive space—no dance experience is necessary! During each online Zoom session, offered comfortably in your home, you’re encouraged to listen deeply and take responsibility for your body through mindful, curious and intuitive movement.

By the end of each session, you’ll feel more connected with yourself and others. You’ll likely feel rejuvenated, more alive, and deeply present within the flow of life. These sessions are sure to bring a smile to your life.

Weekly classes on Fridays at 11 am PST

Classes are offered in Series. Each Series varies between eight to twelve weeks. 

Typically we run a Spring, Summer, Fall, and Winter Series.
